This page was built in the context of RECAP Preterm to assist partners in the deployment of their own data nodes. It builds on a container-based OBiBa stack developed by Maelstrom Research, further customized to RECAP Preterm requirements. Videos detail the usage of the features provided by each sub-system. The stack to be used in production contains some modifications, such as:

• An initial page that serves as a selector for each OBiBa sub-system;
• Overall modifications in routing, in order to join all systems into a seamless stack;
• Study creation, by modifing the forms in Mica about data collection events, populations and studies;
• Taxonomies in Mica, to recognise the Opal taxonomies and use them to perform search operations.
