The overall objective of this study was to assess the feasibility of recruiting and following up an e-cohort of adults born preterm to better understand the consequences of prematurity in adulthood.
The specific objectives were:
1. To assess the feasibility of methods and procedures for recruiting an open e-cohort based on voluntary participation.
2. To provide estimations of participation, characteristics of participants and quality of data collected.

HAPP-e Population
HAPP-e is an electronic cohort which is opened to all adults (aged 18 years old or more), born preterm (less than 37 weeks of gestation) and having both access to the Internet and an email address.
People from all over the world can participate. The questionnaires are available in English, French, Italian, German, Portuguese and Spanish.
