Data on all births in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark is recorded within Medical Birth Registers. As part of the RECAP Preterm project, data from across the gestational age range has been harmonised across the 4 countries to allow analysis of outcomes relevant to preterm birth. For more information of the Nordic registers, please see the "Crash course in registry-based health research in the Nordic countries" document at the bottom of the page.
