#### Objectives:
1. To compare major outcomes, such as physical and mental health, quality of life, neurocognitive, personality, relational and economic outcomes in adulthood between VPT/VLBW and term born participants across European cohort studies.
1. To investigate the role of other neonatal (e.g.,small for gestational age, multiple birth, neonatal complications) and social (e.g., parental education) factors on these outcomes.
1. To determine whether outcomes are universal or vary with contextual setting (i.e., countries).

Harmonisation Study Design
This study makes use of federated nodes containing harmonised data on perinatal, and adult outcomes for VPT/VLBW cohorts involved in the RECAP-WP9 consortium. The ‘DataSHIELD’ package from R allows to perform distributed analyses by pooling summary data from the adult VPT/VLBW cohort studies involved in each topic.
